Company History
Creative Concepts in Communication, Inc was founded on April 1, 1981 to provide consulting services and insurance seminars for the chiropractic profession.  After years of working with the chiropractic profession in a consulting capacity, Clinic Pro Chiropractic Software was released in June 1994.  The practice management software is known for its ability to provide electronic claims transmission at no cost to the providers.  In July, 2008, the touchscreen chiropractic electronic medical records program was released.  At the present time, there are over 200 chiropractic offices using the EMR to record their daily encounter notes.  The ClinicPro electronic medical records program can produce extensive narrative reports, accident reports, treatment plans, exercise regimes, in addition to daily SOAP notes.

Creative Concepts in Communication, Inc. was founded by Marilyn K Gard, MBA.  While attending a Michigan State University to obtain her Masters in Business Administration degree, Marilyn served as business manager for a chiropractic office in Lansing Michigan.  During her two year tenure with the chiropractic office, the company expanded from two offices to four.  Marilyn is known for her ability to analyze problems and suggest creative solutions.

At the present time, the corporate office is located in Sedona, Arizona.  The support office for Clinic Pro Software is located in East Lansing, Michigan.  With over 10 support technicians available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, most technical support questions are answered immediately.  In the event that a support question cannot be answered immediately, a 24-hour turnaround time is normal. 


Company Future
At the present time, we are working on the release of an online patient record that would allow chiropractors to communicate their treatment protocol to any other chiropractor in the world via the Internet.  This is an extremely important feature for patients who travel, especially for snowbirds who "winter" in different areas of the country consistently.  With the online patient medical record, consistency of care will be easily accomplished.  In addition, chiropractors will be able to refer their existing patients to other patients within the ClinicPro network of providers.

In addition to the online patient medical record, we are also testing a patient kiosk.  The purpose of the kiosk is to allow patients to fill out case history information, outcome assessment, pain scales or any other pre-treatment forms that the chiropractor chooses.  The patient kiosk will become an integral part of the patient sign-in process.

To further assist a chiropractic office in educating patients about the benefits of chiropractic, ClinicPro Chiropractic EMR is currently working on a patient education module in partnership with the New Renaissance Organization that will include videos, questionnaires and written brochures.  The patient will be given a written results of their initial exam and comparative progress exams.  This patient education module can be customized for the doctors individual chiropractic expertise.

Patient Education
In addition to creating documentation for insurance reimbursement purposes, Clinic Pro Chiropractic EMR will be releasing a patient education module.  This module will focus on the benefits of chiropractic care and show by graphical representation a comparative exam - a before/after synopsis of progress.
